Anybody who thinks what John Roberts in yesterdays SCOTUS ruling is a win in any way for the Republicans is fooling themselves.  It may be a win for the republican establishment because I don't think there is much difference between the two parties anyway.  That was the plan laid out a long time ago by the progressives.  Whats the real difference between the last president and the one we currently have anyway?  Not much. They talk a big when they are running for office but match up what Obama said what he would do with what he actually did.
